The robot has partnered with major industry players such as NTUC FairPrice and DHL to deliver packages and groceries. Camello is a user-friendly robot with ergonomic cargo space and a sleek design – perfect for Singapore's urban environment. Yasuhide Yokoi (Yasu), co-founder of design and technology firm Final Aim, Inc., said: “3D printing allows us to bring many ideas to life. The Ultimaker S3 is very easy to operate, which allows me to print while having additional Time to develop new designs. Compared to other common prototyping methods, we found 3D printed prototyping to be more efficient.”

For Camello to be successful, the design had to be intuitive and the way to use it had to be clear at a glance. 3D printing enables stakeholders to see and touch physical products, deepening their understanding of Camello concepts and designs, while simplifying and speeding up the decision-making process.

William Lee, Channel Director at Ultimaker, said: “It was truly amazing to witness the collaboration between Final Aim Inc, OTSEE and our partner Brulé to bring this robot to life. This solution helps improve logistics ecosystem for smooth and efficient delivery to customers, while increasing profit margins for businesses using the solution. I am proud that our Ultimaker S3 has contributed to the realization of this ambitious project. "
