Troubleshooting of universal testing machine
1. The reasons are as follows
The snow white limit bar in front of the left side of the electronic universal testing machine.
See if the lower limit lever is stuck. Or whether the limit stop on the beam touches the limit stop.
Remove the limit block by hand, or move the limit rod up and down to deal with the jamming phenomenon.
2. The reasons are as follows
Turn over the back sheet metal of the electronic universal testing machine and check that the old equipment used before the motor driver is a DC servo motor;
The driver is a black upper and lower two-layer board, with a row of indicator lights, after power on, only a yellow indicator light is on;
If the indicator light is flashing or other lights are on, the driver is damaged.
During normal ascending and descending, the green light beside the yellow light is on. If other lights are on, it indicates that the driver is damaged.
Now the use of stepper motor and AC servo motor, AC servo driver if damaged, the code on the driver appears.
Send the defective drive back to the company for repair or purchase a new drive.
When disassembling, please note the order of the drive line, there are 8 terminal boxes and one plug-in, so that the order of the device line can not be reversed after maintenance.
3. The reasons are as follows
Check whether the emergency stop button of the red mushroom head in front of the electronic universal testing machine can be pressed.
Press the arrow direction marked on the emergency stop button to rotate it out.
Maintenance of universal testing machine
1. The fixture equipped with the machine should be coated with antirust oil for storage;
2. As the jaw of hydraulic universal testing machine is often used, it is easy to wear, and when there is too much oxide skin, it is easy to cause small piston damage and oil leakage, so the jaw should be cleaned regularly to keep it clean (it is better to clean it after each test);
3. The sliding surface of the inlaid steel plate and the liner plate and the dovetail groove surface on the liner should be kept clean, and a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) grease should be coated regularly;
4. Regularly check the screws at the jaw, and tighten them in time if they are loose;
5. Check the transmission condition of sprocket regularly. If any looseness is found, please re tension the tensioning wheel;
Maintenance of equipment oil source
1. Regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the main engine and oil source. If oil leakage is found, the sealing ring or combination gasket shall be replaced in time;
2. According to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil, regularly replace the oil suction filter and filter element, and change the hydraulic oil.
3. When the test is not conducted for a long time, pay attention to turn off the power supply of the host.
If the machine is in standby state, the change-over switch should be turned to the “load” position, because if the change-over switch is set to the “fast backward” position, the service life of the device will be affected if the electromagnetic directional valve is always powered on.
Equipment control system maintenance
1. Regularly check whether the connection line of the controller back panel is in good contact, and if it is loose, it should be tightened in time;
2. If the machine is not used for a long period of time after the test, turn off the controller and computer;
3. The interface on the controller is one-to-one correspondence, and the wrong interface may cause damage to the equipment;
4. The controller power must be turned off when the interface on the controller is plugged in and out.
Instrument operators should carefully read and understand the maintenance of the instrument, maintain the instrument well, keep the instrument clean, complete and safe parts and accessories, and ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
