Shanghai, China, March 3, 2021 – Toshiba electronic components and Storage Devices Co., Ltd. (“Toshiba”) today announced the launch of the “tcr5rg” series composed of 45 LDO regulators. The series is packaged in lightweight and compact wcsp4f. The new LDO regulator has the industry-leading  high ripple rejection ratio , which can provide more stable power for the DC power line of mobile devices such as wearable products. This series of products will be shipped in batches from today.
Tcr5rg series achieves the industry-leading  100dB (typical value) high ripple rejection ratio  by combining broadband gap circuit, low-pass filter (only allowing very low frequency) and low-noise high-speed operational amplifier. In addition, they also have the characteristics of low output voltage noise and high output voltage accuracy. The combination of these characteristics enables the series of voltage regulators to improve the stability of the power line.
The series includes 45 products, with a maximum output current of 500mA and an output voltage range of 0.9V to 5.0V, so that users can choose the most appropriate output voltage according to their own applications.
The new LDO regulator adopts a size of 0.645mm × The 0.645mm thin compact wcsp4f package is suitable for power cord applications of cameras and small devices, such as smartphones and wearable products requiring high-density mounting.
