High standard product quality helps pinejet seize the development opportunity and take the lead in “getting on the bus” under the background of shortage in the global semiconductor industry.
Throughout the domestic silicon carbide industry, the field of raw materials has made great progress in recent years, and many silicon carbide raw material factories have been put into operation. The localization speed of sealing, testing and processing links is also accelerating. For example, the localization degree of silicon carbide diodes has been very high. However, the silicon carbide module for automobile needs to be developed and verified. In order to better serve new energy vehicle enterprises, pinejet has accelerated the layout of vehicle silicon carbide modules, made great progress in product technology research and development, and is focusing on site selection and construction of vehicle silicon carbide module packaging production line.
