Today, everything in our life depends on data computing. With the further development of science and technology, we will use data more widely, and these things have also played an important role during the epidemic. Generally, our artificial intelligence information comes from huge databases and cloud computing, The Internet of things stores all the information we collect. With the support of the Internet of things, we can access and calculate big data, so as to improve the information in the Internet.

But a new PEGA study found that the potential impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace seems to outweigh any lingering fear of technology leaders.

In a survey of 845 cross industry executives, PEGA research found that most people believe that machines will supplement human work in the future workforce. This study shows that a human machine workforce may be more participatory and meritocratic.

Robots will replace human work in the future

The increased labor force of machines may quell some concerns that robots and artificial intelligence will replace human workers. Past studies have shown that robots will get more jobs than they create: a Forrester report says robots will steal 24.7 million jobs and create only 14.9 million jobs.

The study found that in the future, 69% of executives said that “labor” refers to both human and machine intelligence. Respondents said that the future workforce mix may bring better business returns. Nearly three-quarters of executives said that using machines to enhance people’s ability would improve efficiency. More than 60% said it could be used to improve customer service.

Don schuerman, the company’s vice president of product marketing, said at the launch: “in order to go beyond basic efficiency improvements, organizations must use artificial intelligence throughout the organization to enhance human intelligence. By applying artificial intelligence and automation to an end-to-end perspective, enterprises can be closer to achieving a customer-centric vision.

The study found that most respondents like to work with machines, but 79% said they would feel uncomfortable if they were managed by machines.

Research shows that machine empowerment may help to empower employees and improve job satisfaction. According to this study, artificial intelligence may make their work easier, suggest the next best action, and give them knowledge of decision-making without consulting management.

From the end of last year to the beginning of this year, the Ministry of transport vigorously promoted the construction of a transportation power and continued to promote key engineering construction projects, including key areas of intelligent transportation city. At the end of February, 11 departments including the national development and Reform Commission jointly issued the intelligent vehicle innovation and development strategy. Promote the rapid development of intelligent vehicles, support the R & D and industrialization of common key technologies of intelligent vehicles, and the construction of major infrastructure projects of intelligent transportation and smart city. In early March, the Ministry of education and other ministries and commissions issued several opinions on building “double first-class” universities, promoting discipline integration and accelerating the cultivation of Postgraduates in the field of artificial intelligence, so as to speed up the cultivation of talents in the field of artificial intelligence and support the development of artificial intelligence industry. In the future, artificial intelligence robots are bound to play a more and more extensive role.
