Ramtron international has launched two kinds of nonvolatile state memory fm1105-ga and fm1106-ga, and has obtained the first level qualification of aec-q100. The state protector can store the required state signal, and automatically return to the normal state when it is turned on, and store it again. The unique technology of f-ram makes this function possible because of its fast write time, almost unlimited write durability and low power consumption.

The level 1 Temperature qualification allows fm1105-ga and fm1106-ga to work in the whole temperature range of – 40 ℃ to 125 ℃, which enables designers to benefit from the use of f-ram in the whole vehicle system. The use of nonvolatile state memory is as simple as D-type trigger. The operation is similar to the traditional logic, but it can also store and maintain the logic state when there is no power, thus simplifying the design of the system control function.

Nonvolatile state memory with class 1 Automotive qualification is used in door locks, child safety position electronic latch, airbag passivation switch, wind speed and tuyere position of automotive ventilation system, ceiling lamp mode switch, electrically heated steering wheel and seat, and other applications.

The working voltage of fm1105-ga is 4.5V ~ 5.5V, and the standby current is 20 μ a. Fm1106-ga has a working voltage of 2.7V ~ 3.6V and a standby current of 8 μ a. Both devices can drive 10mA load, quickly and continuously change state in 1 microsecond, provide 1e12 (1 trillion) state change, and aec-q100 class 1 temperature range (- 40 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃)
