ADI’s ad9253 is a four channel 14 bit 125msps analog-to-digital converter (ADC) integrated with sample and hold circuit. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, small size and easy to use. The operating voltage is 1.8V, the power of each channel is 110MW at 125msps rate, SNR = 74 dB, SFDR = 90 DBC, DNL= ± 75 LSB, full power analog bandwidth 650MHz, conversion output resolution, mainly used in ultrasonic imager, high speed sampling, general and multi-function radio receiver and test equipment. The ad9253 is a four channel, 14 bit, 80 MSPs / 105 MSPs / 125 MSPs analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with on-chip sample and hold circuit, designed to achieve low-cost, low-power, small size and low-cost design. Easy to use. The product runs at a conversion rate of up to 125 MSPs and is optimized for critical applications in small package sizes for excellent dynamic performance and low power consumption.
The ADC requires 1.8 V single power supply and LVPECL – / CMOS – full performance operation / LVDS compatible sample rate clock. In many applications, no external references or driver components are required.
ADC automatically multiplies the sample rate clock by the appropriate LVDS serial data rate. A data clock output (DCO) for capturing data on the output and a frame clock output (FCO) for signaling new output bytes are provided. Single channel power down is supported. When all channels are disabled, the power consumption is usually less than 2 MW. ADC includes several functions designed to maximize flexibility and minimize system cost, such as programmable output clock and data alignment, and digital test pattern generation. Available digital test modes include built-in deterministic and pseudo-random modes, as well as custom user-defined test modes input through the serial port interface (SPI).
The ad9253 is packaged in 48 lead lfcsp conforming to ROHS standard. The rated temperature range is − 40 ℃ to + 85 ℃ industrial temperature range. This product is protected by American patent.

Prompt ad9253ce01a evaluation board
Ad9253ce01a is an evaluation board for ad9253-125 and ad9633-125, four channel 14 bit and 12 bit ADCs. The reference design provides all the supporting circuits needed to operate the device in various modes and configurations. It is designed to interface directly with hsc-adc-evalc data capture card to allow users to download captured data for analysis. Visual analog software package is used for hardware interface with devices, allowing users to download captured data for analysis using user-friendly graphical interface. The SPI controller software package is also compatible with this hardware and allows users to access the SPI programmable functions of ad9253 and ad9633.
