Tianma exhibits flexible micro led, igzo OLED

At Sid 2020, Tianma exhibited LCD, OLED, micro led, off screen camera solutions, etc.

In terms of LCD, Tianma exhibited 6.53-inch HTD (hybrid TFT display) AMLCD with resolution of 2340×1080, pixel density of 395ppi and contrast of 1500:1.

In terms of OLED, Tianma exhibited HTD AMOLED, waterfall screen, folding screen, igzo AMOLED and off screen camera solutions. Among them, 1.3-inch HTD (hybrid TFT display) AMOLED has a resolution of 254×154, a pixel density of 278ppi and a contrast of 100000:1. The off-screen camera solution has a screen size of 6.2 inches, a resolution of 1080×2400, a pixel density of 400ppi, a brightness of 500CD / m2 and a contrast of 1500:1. 10.3-inch flexible igzo AMOLED, resolution 800×480, pixel density 91ppi, brightness 350cd / m2.

In terms of micro led, Tianma exhibited rigid and flexible micro led. Among them, 5.04 inch LTPS TFT micro led, resolution 480×320, pixel density 114ppi and brightness 600nit. 5.84 inch micro led, resolution 480×648. 7.56 inch flexible LTPS TFT micro led, resolution 480×720, pixel density 114ppi, brightness 600nit.

LGD exhibited light field OLED and silicon-based OLED for the first time

LG display exhibited a series of OLED products and applications, such as foldable OLED, transparent OLED, crimpable OLED, audible vehicle OLED, light field OLED, silicon-based OLED, etc.

The curvature radius of 13.3-inch foldable OLED is 3mm, the number of foldable times is more than 200000, the resolution is 1536×2048, the contrast is 100000:1, the brightness is 300nit, and the color gamut coverage is 95% (DCI).

BOE exhibited QD OLED for the first time

At Sid online exhibition, BOE’s innovative display technologies and applications such as printed OLED, flexible display, mini led, BD cell and total reflection LCD made a stunning debut, showing innovative technology in the form of shocking video, so that visitors around the world can feel the charm of cutting-edge technology.

In terms of mini LED backlight products, BOE showed 75 inch 8K and 27 inch 4K products. The 75 inch Mini LED backlight LCD has a resolution of 8K, a peak brightness of 1500nit, a contrast of 1000000:15000 dimming areas, and a color gamut coverage of 80%; The 27 inch Mini LED backlight LCD has a resolution of UHD, a peak brightness of 1000nit, a contrast of 1000000:11000 dimming areas, and a color gamut coverage of more than 99%.

In terms of screen stacking, BOE displayed a series of products such as 110 inch 8K BD cell, 75 inch 8K BD cell, 98 inch 4K BD cell and 3.5 inch BD cell VR. Among them, 75 inch stacked screen TV has 8K resolution, 350nit brightness and 120000:18 million dimming areas; 98 inch stacked screen TV, 4K resolution, 400nit brightness, 150000 contrast: 18 million dimming areas; 3.5-inch stacked screen resolution 4kx4k, pixel density 1746ppi, brightness 150nit, contrast 100000: 1500 dimming areas.

In terms of high refresh screen, BOE exhibited 360hz and 120Hz products, including 15.6-inch LCD panel with resolution of FHD, maximum refresh rate of 360hz, response speed of 1.8ms and color gamut coverage of 100%; The 6.4-inch LCD panel has a resolution of FHD, a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz and a response time of 1.8ms.

In terms of WOLED, BOE exhibited 49 inch WOLED with resolution of 3840×1080, refresh rate of 240Hz, peak brightness of 500nit and color gamut coverage of 95%.

In terms of printing OLEDs, BOE also demonstrated 14 inch, 17 inch, 30 inch printing OLEDs and 55 inch 8K printing OLEDs, all of which adopt the world’s leading RGB full printing technology and oxide process. The 14 inch printed OLED has a resolution of 4K, brightness of 400nit, contrast of 100000:1, weight of 140g and thickness of 1.664mm; 55 inch printed OLED with 8K resolution, 400nit peak brightness, 1000000:1 contrast and 95% color gamut coverage.

It is worth noting that BOE exhibited 13.6-inch QD OLED for the first time, with resolution FHD, brightness 120nit, contrast 110000:1 and color gamut coverage of 100%.

In addition, BOE also exhibited OLED lights, crimpable OLEDs, off screen camera solutions, FID LCD, privacy protection screen, R-LCD, display knob, ads screen, etc. The brightness of OLED lamp is 2000nit, the service life is more than 20000 hours, the thickness is less than 3mm, and the supporting temperature range is – 40-95 ℃.

TCL Huaxing pushes Mini LED backlight products

TCL Huaxing optoelectronics exhibited mled (a-Si TFT Mini led Blu TV), 86 inch ultra narrow frame double splicing screen and 105 inch large touch screen.

Among them, mled TV adopts a-Si TFT Mini LED backlight module, with a contrast of more than 1 million and 5000 dimming areas, which can be controlled or switched according to the signal of LCD.

The 86 inch ultra-thin frame double splicing screen adopts Mini LED backlight, with contrast of 200000:1 and brightness of 700nits. It supports multi partition local dimming, HDR and 10 touch, with touch accuracy of 1.5mm and seam of 12mm.

On Sid 2020, Youda exhibited flexible micro LEDs and 8K borderless panels.

Among them, the flexible 9.4-inch flexible micro led developed by Youda in cooperation with playnitride is the micro led with the highest pixel density (228ppi) in the world. Youda 65-85 inch 8K borderless TV panel screen accounts for nearly 100%, the refresh rate is 120Hz, and the peak brightness is 1200 nits.

Joled displays 4 medium size printed OLEDs

Joled is the world’s leading printing OLED manufacturer. At present, joled is promoting the mass production of the world’s first generation 5.5 printing OLED production line. JBD exhibited 0.22 inch micro led and 0.31 inch micro led on Sid 2020.

The PMOLED made of TADF by Zhijing optoelectronics has sent samples to customers

In October 2019, Zhijing optoelectronics launched the world’s first hyperfluorescence ™ (TADF) 2.7 inch yellow PMOLED panel. In April this year, kyulux began to provide hyperfluorescence for Zhijing optoelectronics ™ For materials, Zhijing optoelectronics sends PMOLED to customers for verification.
