Nikon today released firmware updates for D5, d850 and D500 SLR cameras, mainly adding support for B-type cfexpress memory card.

The A-type cfexpress memory card is smaller than the conventional SD card, which is mainly designed for ordinary digital cameras. The C-type cfexpress memory card is larger and faster. It is mainly designed for desktop computers and laptops to replace solid-state drives.

When updating, just download the firmware, unzip the *. Bin file to the root directory of the memory card, put it in and turn on the camera, select the firmware version in the menu, and update it according to the prompt.

Release mode is low speed continuous (CL)

In the custom setting menu, the shooting speed of d1cl mode is selected as 2fps

-When a VR lens is installed, the camera will stop responding if all of the following conditions are met:

Photo instant view enabled

Set the shutter speed to 1.3 seconds or less

In the photo shooting menu, long time exposure noise reduction is selected as on

HDR (high dynamic range) in the photo shooting menu, HDR mode is selected as on (Series) or on (single photo)

The lens VR switch is set to on
