Jolokia is a company engaged in remote video training and live software. The two companies have cooperated in virtual reality and video learning before.
It is understood that the two sides of the acquisition of the existence of a gambling agreement. The two companies will trade in the form of equity acquisition. The first batch will pay 1 million shares at the price of $1 per share. If jolokia’s revenue reaches the scale of negotiation in the future, NexTech ar will pay 4 million shares within 12 months.
