In Putian, State Grid Fujian electric power company and Putian ecological and environmental management department selected more than 700 power customers in a village in Licheng District of Putian City as the analysis samples. Based on the scattered pollution analysis model, the monthly electricity consumption and valley peak ratio early warning value of users were calculated, and a total of 17 suspected scattered pollution users were studied and judged.
“Based on the monthly electricity consumption, peak valley characteristics and other data of users, we build a scattered pollution analysis model through big data algorithm, study and judge suspected scattered pollution enterprises hidden in residential communities and small industrial parks, so as to provide decision-making basis for environmental protection management departments to accurately clean up scattered pollution.” Energy big data center engineer Chen Wuxiao said.
