Katsuyuki Sakuma and Stephen Heisig have raised and discussed many related issues. They said the nails were hard, so they decided to stick these sensors to the nails. This reduces the risk of sticking the sensor to the skin. This experiment extracts the signal from the nail sensor, which has the same good grip as other grip types.

Extensive attention to grip

The device adheres to the nail and is used for a large number of measurements. When people are performing daily activities, the device collects data through wearable sensors worn on fingernails. Therefore, grasping plays an important role in dealing with many health problems.

The sensors involved in the setup pass data to the application, which processes motion and pressure. Silicon angle divides components into two parts. The first part includes a compact computer, and the second is a smart watch. The computer analyzes the data collected from nail movement and the strain gauge in the equipment recording mode. AI can identify abnormal movements and point out the differences between movements, which software can tell when writing and determining numbers.

Nails deform in a rigid way for holding, bending and grasping fingers. This deformation usually occurs in microns, which is generally invisible to the naked eye. Strain gauges capture these micron data to help monitor the patient’s health.
