According to foreign media reports, mouser is adding the latest beagleboard AI motherboard, which is supported and developed by the beagleboard.org foundation to help explore how AI can be better applied to various types of apps.
Beaglebone is based on Sitara am 5729 processor of Texas Instrument, and is configured with a15cortex processor subsystem of arm company, including two Ti c66x DSPs and four cores, and embedded vision engine (EVE) supporting deep learning. Enhanced graphics and display is an image and video accelerator high definition (iva-hd) subsystem that supports 15fps 4K, 2D graphics accelerator and dual core 3D graphics processor.
Beaglebone AI has 1g ram and 16g on-board EMMC flash memory, two dual core real-time units (Pru) supporting programming and a distribution version of Debian Linux. The motherboard is loaded with Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth and 4.2 caliber selection interface. The motherboard also includes a micro HDMI interface, a USB type-C charging interface, an overspeed dual role controller and a USB2.0 host.
