1 minor repair
a. Clean the dust, sundries and sanitation of the sensing mechanism, and check the integrity of the fasteners;
b. Check the waterproof and explosion-proof seal of the electric transmitter, and tighten the wiring terminal;
c. Check whether the power supply of the electric transmitter and the output signal of the angular displacement sensor correspond to the liquid level;
d. Check whether the screws in each part are loose.
a. Check that the lever, fulcrum, balance bar, central shaft and counterweight can rotate freely;
b. Check, handle and lubricate the sealing material of the central shaft;
c. Adjust the original position of the four-bar linkage mechanism by debugging and confirming the measuring range of liquid level, floating ball and angular displacement sensor;
d. If the Diagonal displacement sensor has obvious fault, repair it, adjust the fixed screw and adjust the position.
e. Lower limit (i.e. zero point) debugging: when the floating ball is in the low position (i.e. zero point), adjust the lower limit knob to make the output 4mA, and the indicator of the head indicator is at the 0 ‰ position;
f. Upper limit (i.e. full degree) debugging: press down the balance bar, move the floating ball to the high position (i.e. full degree), adjust the upper limit knob, so that the output is 20mA, and the indicator of the meter is at the 100 ‰ position.
a. Remove the electric transmitter, check, repair and replace the internal circuit board of the transmitter;
b. Inspection of floating ball parts in vessel, including floating ball, lever, fulcrum, balance bar, central shaft, balance weight, sealing chamber, rotating bearing, etc;
c. Remove and disassemble the float level gauge, clean, wipe and remove rust;
d. Repair or replace the damaged parts;
e. Replace the gasket, supplement and replace the packing and lubricating grease;
f. Pressure test and leakage test together with pressure vessel as required;
i. Rust removal and anti-corrosion painting treatment for external components of floating ball level gauge.
4 maintenance procedures
During maintenance, before the floating ball level gauge is offline, the process workshop shall confirm that there is no medium in the container and conduct replacement and isolation, reduce the temperature and reduce the pressure. For the floating ball ball ball, ball rod and other internal devices with contact medium, clean the process medium impregnated parts with water or steam before disassembly, handle the safety maintenance ticket and formulate the maintenance scheme. The off-line maintenance can be carried out after the confirmation of relevant personnel of the production device ;
The general maintenance procedures are marked – (offline) – Cleaning – disassembly – parts inspection – maintenance and replacement treatment – reassembly – Calibration and test – (on-line) – sealing inspection – circuit joint test – start-up and operation guarantee;
Marking: in order to ensure that the float level gauge can be reset correctly after off-line maintenance, attention should be paid to the marking procedure. The method can be drawn with paint of different colors from that of the float level gauge, which should be clearly marked;
Attention should be paid to the correct placement of gaskets in the connection between the flange of the maglev level gauge and the flange of the vessel.
a. Spray loosening agent on all connecting parts to save labor and time for disassembly;
b. The connection between the flange of the floating ball level gauge and the vessel flange is loosened, and then the pressure relief ventilation is conducted again to separate it from the pressure vessel;
c. At the same time, the mechanism components of the float ball level gauge are completely decomposed, and the vulnerable parts such as floating ball, lever, fulcrum, balance bar, central shaft, sealing cavity and rotating bearing are inspected;
d. Parts of each float level gauge after disassembly shall be stored in a centralized manner to prevent loss or damage.
a. Rust or dirty parts and components should be removed and cleaned by appropriate means. Attention should be paid to cleaning the central shaft, sealing chamber and rotating bearing, especially protecting the floating ball, lever, fulcrum, central shaft, sealing cavity and rotating bearing;
b. Check whether the floating ball, lever and fulcrum are easy to be corroded by medium;
c. Internal components of float ball level gauge: check whether the sealing of central shaft and sealing chamber and rotating bearing are easy to be worn; also pay attention to check that the connection of lever, fulcrum, balance bar and four connecting rod of floating ball level gauge shall not be loose, and the floating ball rod shall not be bent.
a. Generally, the floating ball level gauge should be overhauled synchronously with the production equipment;
b. Each time the maintenance, must replace the new seal packing, the flange gasket;
c. The packing chamber of the main shaft seal shall be cleaned, the inner wall shall be cleaned, the packing gland and pressing plate shall be free of rust and dirt, the surface shall be clean, and the clearance between the gland inner hole and the spindle shall meet the requirements;
d. Enter the container to check the connection between floating ball and lever, lever and central shaft, etc;
