1 Medical inspection compound robot

The application of robots in medical testing is an important breakthrough for robots in medical applications, as well as an important entry point for smart medical care and digital medical care. At the beginning of this year, Jieka Robot and Shanghai Hongtan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. launched the first medical detection compound robot in the country. For the ever-increasing pressure of medical testing work, it has delivered a real "digital gospel".

The composite robot adopts the form of a chassis equipped with a light collaborative robotic arm. With its lightweight body and flexible chassis, it can realize free movement in narrow areas such as laboratories, and cooperate with smart refrigerators, sample processing automation modules, nucleic acid extractors and other equipment to achieve sample production. The rapid pick, place and transfer of materials such as , reagents, etc., cover most of the repetitive, error-prone, susceptible, high-pollution, and labor-intensive testing work. Significantly reduces detection risk and improves detection consistency. With the help of this kind of intelligent medical equipment, the fight against the epidemic will become safer and more efficient. In this project, the segment card provides the most important link on the inspection compound robot – the collaborative robot arm. This robot arm is light and compact, and can be quickly adapted to mobile chassis, end fixtures and other equipment. At the same time, this robot arm has multiple protection functions such as visual monitoring, force control perception, collision stop, etc., which can replace epidemic prevention personnel in repetitive and high-intensity inspection operations, and realize the safe integration of people, robots and the environment. At present, this robot has been mass-produced and has entered the final debugging stage. It will be delivered to Ruijin Hospital for nucleic acid testing in the near future, and 50 more will be put in place one after another.

2 Automatic production line of sampling tube based on collaborative robot

At present, Shanghai has launched multiple rounds of nucleic acid testing on 25 million citizens. Such a large-scale nucleic acid detection is inseparable from professional testing equipment and reagents. As the most important medical consumable for this test, the sampling tube, whether it can be supplied in time will play a crucial role in the fight against the epidemic. In view of this, Shanghai Jieka Robot Technology Co., Ltd. has proposed an automatic production line solution for sampling tubes based on collaborative robots.

It is the JAKA C7 collaborative robot used on the production line that is working in the video. It has the characteristics of flexibility, intelligence and convenience, and self-learning. It can automatically put the labeled test tubes into the foam tray from the conveyor belt. The flexible operation of JAKA C7 can avoid the risk of drug leakage and label damage. Each time, 40 test tubes are grabbed at the same time, and a single production line can complete the loading and unloading of 20,000 test tubes per hour, effectively replacing manual operations, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing the workload of medical testing personnel. At the same time, header correction and label detection are automatically completed, which effectively avoids the occurrence of inaccurate label labeling, missed labeling, and multiple labeling.

From labeling, filling, to capping, and loading trays, this production line completes the entire process in one go, with a production efficiency of 20,000/hour. At present, 6 such production lines have been successfully delivered to customers for the production of sampling tubes in this epidemic. According to statistics, hundreds of thousands of newly produced sampling tubes depart from factories in Shanghai and Zhejiang every day and are delivered to hospitals in Shanghai in a timely manner to ensure an adequate supply of sampling tubes.

3 Indoor automatic garbage collection

In this epidemic, in addition to human-to-human transmission of viruses, a large amount of medical and domestic waste is also an important source of pollution. Properly and scientifically dispose of garbage and avoid secondary pollution has always been an urgent and dangerous task. This time, the festival card robot is equipped with an AGV car and transformed into a fully automatic garbage collection vehicle. Through the combination of "hands and feet", automatic garbage recycling is realized.

The fully automatic garbage collection truck uses the JAKA Zu 12 collaborative robot. Through visual recognition technology, it can accurately grasp the transported objects and realize the efficient disposal of garbage. This solution can be used in closed and controlled areas, isolated hotels and hospitals, significantly reducing the potential risks caused by contact with garbage pollution sources. This robot has been used in Shenzhen to fight the epidemic before, and it will be sent to Shanghai in the near future to be used on the front line of anti-epidemic.

In this epidemic, all members of Jieka raced against time against the epidemic, and used practical actions to help the epidemic prevention work and promote the high-quality development of the medical robot industry.
