For water supply temperature control:
On the heating loop: if the water pump is installed on the water supply pipe, the sensor is directly installed behind the water pump; If the water pump is installed on the return pipe, the sensor is installed 1.5 ~ 2 m behind the mixing valve
For return water temperature limit:
The sensor shall be installed on the return pipe that can accurately collect the limited temperature. The sensor shall be installed at the pipe elbow so that the insertion rod or protective sleeve is directly facing the water flow direction.
The sensor must be installed at the place where the water is completely mixed, downstream of the pump, or at least 1.5m away from the water mixing place if the pump is installed at the return water.
When installing the sensor, the wires must not enter from the top. For all types of sensors, the minimum insertion length shall not be less than 60 mm. The sensor cannot be covered by insulation. Before installing the sensor, the threaded fitting or T-piece G ½ Must be welded to the pipe.
