Installation method of input liquid level meter

Based on the principle that the measured hydrostatic pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid, the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon or ceramic sensor is used to convert the hydrostatic pressure into electrical signal. After temperature compensation and linear correction, it is converted into current output.

There are two specific installation methods for the input liquid level meter, one is in the state of still water, the other is in the state of flowing water. Here are two specific installation methods: when the input liquid level meter is installed in a static deep well or pool, put its probe directly at the bottom of the steel pipe, and then open the small hole to facilitate the normal measurement of the flow velocity in the pipe, Finally, fix the cable (junction box) at the opening of the container with nylon tape or three pin adjustable mounting bracket.

What is the quota of the input liquid level meter

The sensor part of the input type static pressure liquid level transmitter can be directly put into the liquid, and the transmitter part can be fixed with flange or bracket, so it is very convenient to install and use.

The input type liquid level meter is made of advanced isolation type diffused silicon sensitive element, which can be directly put into the container or water body to accurately measure the height from the end of the water level meter to the water surface, and output the water level value through 4 – 20mA current or RS485 signal.

The two-wire input liquid level gauge consists of a special gas conducting cable with a capillary hose, a compression connector and a probe. The probe structure of the input liquid level meter is a stainless steel cylinder core with a diaphragm at the bottom and covered by a plastic shell with holes. Liquid level measurement is actually the difference between the hydrostatic pressure on the probe and the actual atmospheric pressure, and then the ceramic sensor (attached to the stainless steel film) and electronic components convert the pressure difference into 4 ~ 20mA output signal.
