In addition to the national intelligent manufacturing development strategy, local governments have also introduced a considerable number of incentive and subsidy policies. Large, medium and small enterprises and public institutions are also actively promoting the automatic transformation. The following wave of machine replacement is in full swing in many enterprises, but it is not easy for them to realize The proportion of traditional manufacturing industry in China is large, and both management level and technical ability need to be improved. There are many difficulties and misunderstandings in the process of promoting automation. At present, most enterprises should proceed from their own actual situation, on the one hand, closely follow the trend of manufacturing industry upgrading, plan and implement automation technology transformation by stages, and strive to realize industry 3.0 and self-development as soon as possible On the other hand, we should focus on the construction of multi-level professionals and technical teams, which is the premise and foundation for enterprises to implement automation and upgrade the level of intelligent manufacturing.
A large number of employees in enterprises are growing up from within the enterprise. In order to avoid the intermingled advantages and disadvantages of industry technical groups, we must rely on education and training to strengthen the knowledge reserve and ability of employees.
