In this historical background, the domestic manufacturing industry has ushered in new development opportunities. In addition to the national intelligent manufacturing development strategy, local governments have also introduced a considerable number of incentive and subsidy policies. Large, medium and small enterprises and public institutions are also actively promoting the automatic transformation. The following wave of machine replacement is in full swing in many enterprises, but it is not easy for them to realize The proportion of traditional manufacturing industry in China is large, and both management level and technical ability need to be improved. There are many difficulties and misunderstandings in the process of promoting automation. For example, some enterprises blindly introduce automation without establishing automation technology and equipment management and maintenance team, and it is found that the equipment is difficult to start; some enterprises produce products with low added value, or The production requirements are not strict. Ordinary non-standard automation equipment can be used to complete the production, but it is necessary to purchase foreign expensive high-end equipment. In addition, some media exaggerate the propaganda of industrial robots in order to catch the hot spots. As a result, some enterprises unilaterally believe that using industrial robots means realizing automation and realizing industry 4.0.

Industry 4.0, from the moment it was put forward, has a bright future, but the road is still very far away. So far, it is more like a conceptual thing. At present, most enterprises should proceed from their own actual situation, on the one hand, closely follow the trend of manufacturing industry upgrading, plan and implement automation technology transformation by stages, and strive to realize industry 3.0 and self-development as soon as possible On the other hand, we should focus on the construction of multi-level professionals and technical teams, which is the premise and foundation for enterprises to implement automation and upgrade the level of intelligent manufacturing.

A large number of employees in enterprises are growing up from within the enterprise. The landing and implementation of machine replacement will inevitably attract other industries or social personnel to transfer to the automation industry. In order to avoid the intermingled advantages and disadvantages of industry technical groups, we must rely on education and training to strengthen the knowledge reserve and ability of employees. However, the automation mechanism design in China has started Later, it is difficult to find a practical textbook on the market. There is a cognitive gap between the traditional theory of the school and the application of the enterprise. It is also difficult for the students trained by the school to start to work in the enterprise as soon as they are employed.
