How to ensure the stable operation of magnetic flap level gauge


 

According to the installation specifications of general instruments, the installation and use of magnetic flap level gauge is not complicated. However, the magnetic flap level gauge also has its own unique characteristics, and its application conditions vary greatly. Therefore, corresponding adjustment should be made during installation. If we don’t pay attention, there will be some problems in the installation and use of the magnetic flap level gauge, which requires us to pay special attention to the common problems in the installation and use of the magnetic flap level gauge, so as to avoid them. In the following, the common problems and treatment methods in the installation and use of magnetic flap level gauge are introduced as follows:

 

Problem 1: during the on-site adjustment of the magnetic flap level gauge, it is occasionally found that the magnetic float is not flexible enough to move up and down.

 

Treatment: this situation is usually caused by improper installation of magnetic flap level gauge. At this time, pay attention to observe whether the center of the upper and lower flanges of the magnetic flap level gauge is in a line and perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Generally speaking, the angle between Zui and the horizontal plane is not less than 87 degrees. If the deviation is large, it may affect the smooth movement of the magnetic float.

 

Problem 2: the adjustment of the magnetic flap level gauge is normal, but after putting into use, it is found that the magnetic float is “sucked” at a certain position for a period of time.

 

Treatment method: this situation is mainly due to the magnetic flap level gauge passing through the steel platform, and the spacing between the steel plate is too close. Therefore, when installing through the steel platform, special attention should be paid to the distance between the connecting pipe wall of the magnetic flap level gauge and the cutting edge line of the platform. In general, the control of this spacing around 100 mm can ensure that the magnetic float will not be affected.

 

Problem 3: the output signal of the magnetic flap level gauge often disturbs or interferes with the pulse in the process of use.

 

Solution: at this time, it is necessary to check whether the shielding layer is firmly grounded and whether the resistance can meet the requirements. If the interference is still not completely eliminated, the signal isolator can be used for processing.

 

Problem 4: when the magnetic flap level gauge was put into use on site, the magnetic float was crushed and the magnetic turnover plate level gauge could not be used normally.

 

Treatment method: since the bottom of the connecting pipe of the magnetic flap level gauge is equipped with a thrust spring for maintaining the magnetic float, when using the magnetic flap liquid level meter, the upper gate valve should be opened first, and then the lower gate valve. Otherwise, under the action of huge differential pressure, it is easy to crush the float, which will lead to the failure of normal operation of magnetic flap level gauge.

 

Problem 5: during the use of the magnetic level gauge, the magnetism of the magnetic float is weakened and it is difficult to work normally.

 

Treatment: magnetic float magnetic weakening, is likely to be caused by strong magnet interference. Therefore, do not use a strong magnet to pull the float up and down outside the connecting pipe for inspection. Otherwise, the magnetic float will be magnetized and the polarity will be changed, which will weaken the magnetic property of the float and make it difficult for the magnetic turnover level gauge to work normally.

 

Problem 6: after the magnetic turnover level gauge is put into use for a period of time, the magnetic float is difficult to float and the magnetic float is not flexible to move.

 

Treatment: this situation is mainly due to the magnetic float stained with iron chips or other dirt caused. The iron filings or other dirt on the magnetic float can be eliminated by emptying the medium first and then taking out the magnetic float.

 

The above six cases are the common faults of the magnetic flap level gauge in the use process. We should avoid them in the process of use to ensure the stable and normal operation of the magnetic flap level gauge.
