The memory utilization rate is normal, which needs specific analysis. Now take win7 system as an example. If 2G memory is used, the boot rate can reach more than 50%, and the program running at any point must have reached 80%. This is a very normal thing. If the pointer does not reach 100%, And basically you usually open so many programs, 80% of the problem is not big, but if you are running a big program, or you want to play a large 3D game, 2G is certainly not enough. It is recommended to upgrade to a 64 bit system and use 4G or more memory.

If you want to improve the situation without upgrading the memory, it is almost impossible. Win7 system itself and drivers occupy nearly 1GB of memory.

There is not enough memory in windows. If there is a problem of “insufficient memory” when running Windows applications, you can check and deal with it according to the following methods:

1. First of all, you should check the resource usage of windows. If there are more resources and less available resources, the problem of “insufficient memory” will appear when opening new files. At this time, you can clean up the screen, reduce the number of windows, close unused applications, including TSR memory resident programs, and minimize windows applications to icons. If the problem only occurs when running a special application, contact the application vendor, which may be caused by poor management of data objects;

2. If the problem is not solved, clear or save the contents of the clipboard, and use the controlpanel desktop option to set the wallpaper to none;

3. If the problem still exists, edit the PIF file with the PIF editor and increase the value of memoryrequirements: KB required defined in the PIF file; In standard mode, select prevent program switch. After the switch is turned on, exit the application and return to windows; If it is in 386 enhanced mode, set the display usage to full screen, the execution to exclusive, and the video memory to the lowest possible mode;

4. If the problem still exists, restart to enter the windows system, and make sure that there is no other unrelated application software in the “start” icon to start and run at the same time, and there is no unrelated application program loaded by run or load command in the win.ini file. At ordinary times, the problem of “insufficient memory” can be dealt with in the following ways. First, exit those applications that don’t need to run, and then check how many resources are available to the system. If the available resources are more than 30%, a new program can be run. When there are multiple applications running in the system, you can exit one and check the available resources once. If the percentage of available resources of an application does not change before and after exiting, it means that the application has not released the resources it occupies. If you want to reclaim these unreleased resources, you can only exit windows and then re-enter windows. In order to ensure that the available resources of the system are sufficient when starting into windows, there should be no unrelated applications started and running at the same time in the “start” icon, and there should be no unrelated applications loaded by the run or load command in the win.ini file, because these unrelated applications started at the same time may have occupied a lot of resources, Makes the application to be used inoperable.

Generally speaking, after such treatment, there will be no “insufficient memory” problem.
