There is a slight difference between installing hardware modules in Windows NT and in Windows 95. Although the hardware modules are the same. It needs more hardware knowledge to install under Windows NT. Windows 95 automatically sets up system resources for you, which cannot be used in Windows NT. Windows NT can only provide default values, which do not necessarily match the hardware configuration. However, these parameters can be easily modified to match all required system settings when the hardware is installed.
Select the hardware you want to install from the installation list and click the resources button. The resources dialog box appears, which allows you to modify the system settings for the actual hardware you are installing. If the button is invalid (gray), no modification is required.
