NB wireless transmission pressure sensor adopts high-precision and stable diffused silicon as the pressure sensing chip. With advanced technology, it supports point-to-point, point to multipoint and serial port to serial port applications. It transmits data through GPRS wireless network. Wireless monitoring can be realized wherever there is a mobile phone signal.
With the gradual deepening of the application of wireless communication technology in various industries, wireless transmission pressure sensor has also received the attention of users in various industries and become a hot spot. Compared with wired pressure transmitter, it has great advantages in some environments. For example, the environment of the measuring point is bad, the wiring is inconvenient, the signal needs remote transmission, and the wiring cost is high.
NB wireless transmission pressure sensor is mainly composed of sensor, data conversion unit and communication module. These three modules are encapsulated in a shell, and the power required during operation is provided by the battery. The network is formed by self-organization. The pressure signal is collected by the pressure sensor, then converted into digital signal, and finally transmitted to the computer of the monitoring center through wireless network for analysis and processing. Through setting, the pressure transmitter can transmit and collect the pressure signal of the whole time course in real time. At the same time, the monitoring center can also transmit control, parameter and other setting information to a wireless pressure transmitter node through wireless network.
1. Dynamic characteristics of Nb wireless transmission pressure sensor:
The so-called dynamic characteristics refer to the characteristics of the output of the sensor when the input changes. In practical work, the dynamic characteristics of the sensor are often expressed by its response to some standard input signals. Because the response of the former to the standard input signal can be easily estimated by the experimental method, and the response of the latter to the standard input signal can be obtained. The commonly used standard input signals include step signal and sinusoidal signal, so the dynamic characteristics of the sensor are also commonly expressed by step response and frequency response.
2. Linearity of Nb wireless transmission pressure sensor:
Usually, the actual static characteristic output of the sensor is a curve rather than a straight line. In practical work, in order to make the instrument have the reading of uniform scale, a fitting straight line is often used to approximately represent the actual characteristic curve. Linearity (nonlinear error) is a performance index of this approximation degree.
There are many methods to select the fitting line. For example, the theoretical straight line connecting the zero input and full-scale output points is taken as the fitting straight line; Or take the theoretical straight line with the smallest sum of squares of deviation from each point on the characteristic curve as the fitting straight line, which is called the least square fitting straight line.
