A few days ago, DxOMark, the evaluation organization, released the screen score of P40 pro, and got 85 points.
Although the score is slightly different from 89 points of Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra and 87 points of iPhone 12 pro, it is slightly ahead of 84 points of iPhone 11 promax.
DxO even mentioned in the evaluation summary that after turning on the blue light filter (eye protection mode), it performs slightly better than the iPhone 12pro.
DxO points out that the advantage of the p40pro screen is that the still image color performance is generally good, and it stands out in the motion test: the mobile phone can control the motion blur very well, and it can also play the video instantaneously.
Of course, the screen of p40pro has some shortcomings. DxO mentioned that its screen display effect is too dark and uncomfortable under indoor and outdoor conditions. The performance of touch control was a bit reluctant, and some points were deducted due to the protruding notch and poor handling of aliasing artifacts.
