According to statistics released by IDC not long ago, Dell is the largest PC monitor shipments in the world, with a share of 16.9%, surpassing TPV, HP, Lenovo and Samsung respectively.

A few days ago, Dell released its first 40-inch curved ultra-widescreen monitor UltraSharp 40 (U4021QW).

The resolution of the display reaches 5120×2160 (104PPI), the aspect ratio is nearly 21:9, the color gamut covers 100% sRGB, 100% Rec. 709 and 98% DCI-P3, 60Hz refresh rate, 5ms grayscale response time, panel curvature 2500R.

In terms of interfaces, it provides one DP1.4, two HDMI 2.0, one Thunderbolt 3 (supports 90W fast charging), one USB Type-B upstream, one USB Type-C downstream, four USB Type-A 10Gbps interfaces, one supports USB-A with BC1.2 protocol, a 3.5mm headphone jack and RJ45 network port.

The monitor comes with dual 9W speakers, supports automatic KVM, picture-in-picture, etc. It is scheduled to be listed on January 28 at a price of $2,099.99 (about 13,500 yuan).
