The control system of intelligent disinfection robot for animal husbandry consists of robot intelligent control module, monitoring module and wireless network communication module. The working process is to send the control command code to the remote robot through the wireless network through the mobile phone or microcomputer client connected to the Internet. During this period, the transmission signal is encrypted by the sending end using the dongle. When the signal is sent to the receiving terminal through the Internet, the intelligent disinfection robot network module transmits the received instruction to the processor, and the processor instructs the driving module to drive the intelligent disinfection robot to perform action.

  MAX232 conversion level

Due to the different level definitions between the programming and debugging controller computer and the processor, MAX232 is used for level conversion, and its peripheral circuit mainly includes the power supply part.

MAX232 level conversion module is used to process the RS232 signal at the computer end to obtain TTL level, and realize the communication circuit between the computer, processor and GPRS module, as shown in Figure 2.

  GPRS peripheral network module

The 15th pin of GPRS module must remain low for 3S to start the module. This paper uses software to simulate the startup of low-level GPRS module. The shutdown circuit is also a pin continuously low level for 3S, and the circuit is shown in Figure 3.

The 35th pin of GPRS module is a working status indicator interface. The status indication is: on for 1s and off for 1s to start the search signal; On for 1s and off for 2S, the signal is normal; Continuous lighting indicates that there is data input or output. Its working principle is shown in Figure 4 (a). Figure 4 (b) shows the connection diagram of GPRS module SIM card.

The working level of GPRS module serial port is TTL level, so the connection between GPRS module and control core processor can be direct connection. However, considering the debugging of the module and the burning of the program, the transfer switch is used at the connection between the GPRS module and the processor. This completes the communication from computer to processor and from GPRS module to computer.
