SPCE061A is a 16 bit single chip microcomputer, which can be used to realize voice recording and playing system very conveniently and flexibly. The chip has 8 channels of 10 bit precision ADC, one of which is audio conversion channel, and has built-in automatic gain circuit. This provides a convenient hardware condition for voice input. Two 10 bit precision DAC, only need external power amplifier (spy0030a) to complete the voice playback. In addition, MCU has a set of instruction system and integrated development environment which is easy to learn and use. In this environment, it supports standard C language, can realize the mutual call between C language and Sunplus assembly language, and provides the library function of voice recording and playback. As long as you understand the use of the library function, it will be easy to complete voice recording and playback, which provides convenient conditions for software development.

  Ultrasonic transmitting circuit module

The 40KHz square wave is generated by the single chip microcomputer and sent to the cd4049 of the module through the module interface (J4). The latter cd4049 regulates the 40KHz frequency signal to make the ultrasonic sensor produce resonance.

Ne5532 is used as 10000 times amplifier in the front stage of ultrasonic receiving and processing circuit to amplify the received signal; The latter stage uses lm311 comparator to adjust the received signal. The comparison voltage is the 3-pin input of lm311. Different comparison voltages can be selected by J1 jumper to select different ranging modes.
