At the same time, from February 1 to February 28, cctv8k Ultra HD Channel will be broadcast in IP network in the form of multicast.

With the approach of the 2021 Spring Festival, CCTV announced today that the 2021 Spring Festival gala will be produced in the form of 8K for the first time, and live broadcast experiments will be conducted in the form of 8K channel on the internal IPTV platform of CCTV.

It is understood that Hisense has been selected as the “exclusive partner of 8K live broadcast of 2021 Spring Festival Gala” by CCTV.

By then, citizens in more than a dozen cities such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Jinan will be able to watch the 8K UHD Spring Festival Gala on the outdoor large screen and IPTV client.
