Ads1246, ads1247 and ads1248 are highly integrated, precision, 24 bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The ads1246 / 7 / 8 features an on-board, low noise, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), a delta sigma (Δ Σ) ADC with single period settling digital filter, and an internal oscillator for precision. The ads1247 and ads1248 also offer output capacity of 10mA with built-in, very low drift voltage reference and two matched programmable current digital to analog converters (DAC). The ads1246 / 7 / 8 provides a complete front-end solution for temperature sensor applications, including thermal couple, thermistor and RTD.

Ads1246 in small tssop-16 package, ads1247 in one tssop-20 package, and ads1248 in tssop-28 package. All three devices are rated to extend the specified temperature range from – 40 ° C to + 105 ° C.
