Mh253 contains the following devices on a single silicon chip: voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper stability, Schmidt trigger, open drain output and push-pull output driver; CMOS manufacturing process can take full advantage of low power consumption – voltage requirements, component matching, very low input offset error and small component geometry. There are two options for the operating temperature of mh253 (E or K). There are SOT23 (so) chip package options, or to-92s (UA) pin package options.
