Advantages of stamping robot

Types of stamping robots

① Manipulative robot

② Programmable robot

According to the order and conditions required in advance, the mechanical action of the robot is controlled in turn.

③ Teaching and reproducing robot

Through guidance or other ways, the robot will be taught to move first, input the work program, and the robot will automatically repeat the work.

④ CNC robot

It doesn’t need to make the robot move. It teaches the robot by numerical value and language. The robot works according to the information after teaching.

Detection device of stamping robot

It is the mechanism that drives the actuator to move. According to the command signal sent by the control system, it makes the robot move with the help of power components. It inputs electrical signals and outputs line and angular displacement. The driving devices used by the robot are mainly electric driving devices, such as stepping motor, servo motor, etc. in addition, hydraulic, pneumatic and other driving devices are also used.

It detects the movement and working condition of the robot in real time, feeds back to the control system according to the needs, compares with the set information, and adjusts the actuator to make the robot action meet the predetermined requirements. As a detection device, sensors can be roughly divided into two categories: one is internal information sensor, which is used to detect the internal conditions of each part of the robot, such as the position, speed, acceleration of each joint, and send the measured information to the controller as a feedback signal to form a closed-loop control.
