5g blessing, the traditional workshop become “smart”

In order to solve the problems of increasing production capacity, rising labor costs and lack of skilled labor, more and more enterprises begin to use “5g + industrial Internet” to build intelligent factories, deeply optimize production processes and improve production efficiency.
According to the data of tianyancha professional edition, there are about 18000 enterprises engaged in 5g and industrial Internet related businesses in China. In terms of geographical distribution, Liaoning Province has the largest number of related enterprises, reaching 2000. Guangdong Province and Hebei Province ranked second and third. In the past five years, the number of enterprises engaged in 5g and industrial Internet related business in China has increased steadily. As of November 10, China has added nearly 1200 related enterprises this year, up 59% from last year.
The workshop is becoming more and more intelligent

At present, Xinjiang has cultivated 9 National Intelligent Manufacturing pilot demonstration project enterprises in the fields of power transmission and transformation, light industry, petrochemical industry, new energy, new materials, biomedicine, building materials, textile and other industries, 11 intelligent manufacturing new mode application project enterprises with national financial support, and 2 intelligent manufacturing standardization project enterprises, with obvious demonstration effect and prominent transformation and upgrading effect.
According to the data from Quanzhou Bureau of industry and information technology, at present, more than half of the industrial enterprises above the designated size in the city participate in the intelligent transformation and upgrading of “CNC generation”, with more than 2500 enterprises, more than 10000 industrial robots have been promoted, nearly 1000 digital production lines have been built, and more than 100 intelligent workshops have been built, adding new wings to the intelligent transformation of traditional industries.

On November 3, the die casting parts were fully automatic produced in No. 6 factory of ecodi in Hongtang science and Technology Innovation Park, Jiangbei, Ningbo. Aikedi No.6 plant, which was completed and put into operation, is the first full 5g smart plant in China. More than 200 devices in the plant are all connected to 5g + cloud integrated industrial Internet platform through mobile 5g network. In the past, the workload of an hour can be completed in about 15 minutes in this smart factory.
Industry insiders pointed out that 5g pressed the “accelerator button” for the construction of industrial Internet. Relying on the network characteristics of 5g large bandwidth, high speed and low delay, the workshop and even the whole factory of manufacturing enterprises are undergoing “transformation”. With the deepening integration of mobile 5g network and enterprise production, the “pain points” of production will be solved one by one, and the appearance of “intelligent factory” in the future will be increasingly clear.
In the 5g era of large bandwidth, low latency and massive connectivity, the intelligent “future dream” of industrial manufacturing can be built. It is understood that 5g, combined with big data analysis and AI intelligence, can make detection, analysis and prediction solutions for enterprise production problems in near real time, so that the production line can “think”.
Accelerating the construction of new infrastructure such as industrial Internet, 5g and data center has also received more and more policy support.
